# Proposal Builder Proposal Builder automates client proposal creation end to end. When a new lead in HubSpot or Notion is tagged with project type, budget range, and timeline, the agent finds the matching Google Drive template by project type, pre-fills client name, project description, standard pricing, and estimated timeline from CRM/Notion notes, and pulls 2–3 relevant portfolio items from the Notion “Portfolio” database. It then saves a completed draft back to Google Drive in the client’s folder and logs each proposal’s template used, pricing structure, and format in a Notion “Proposals” database. After 20+ proposals, it analyzes conversion performance to surface which templates and pricing structures work best. It runs on the claude-sonnet-4-6 model and connects via MCP to HubSpot (https://mcp.hubspot.com/anthropic) and Notion (https://mcp.notion.com/mcp) using mcp_toolset with an always_allow permission policy. General orchestration is provided by agent_toolset_20260401. Google Drive access is assumed to be available through your runtime’s Drive integration (for reading templates and saving drafts). Quick start: connect the HubSpot and Notion MCP servers with credentials that allow reading leads/notes and writing to the Notion “Proposals” database; verify you have a Notion “Portfolio” database (tag portfolio items by project type) and a Notion “Proposals” database with fields like Client, Template, Pricing Structure, Format, Amount, Status/Outcome, and Conversion Date; organize Google Drive templates by project type and ensure each client has (or will get) a folder for drafts. Tag a new lead in HubSpot or Notion with project type, budget range, and timeline, include a short project description in notes, then ask the agent to “Build a proposal for [Client]” or let it auto-run. After at least 20 logged proposals, ask “Which template and pricing structure convert best?” to get data-backed guidance.
