Nivara - Architecture Studio Template

Nivara is a website template for architecture practices that want their work to speak first. It uses a Swiss black-and-white palette and a single typeface (Inter Tight). Motion follows the scroll: the hero photo grows to fill the screen, statements fill with ink as you read, and photographs open from a mask. The end of every case study scrolls straight into the next one. The home page moves from a growing-frame hero through a services accordion, a full-screen work reel, a pinned stats band and a route map of where the studio builds. The projects page opens with a full-screen slider above a staggered project grid. Each project page has a cover, a facts row, the story and a gallery, then hands over seamlessly to the next project. The studio page has a pinned "how we work" sequence, a team section and awards. The contact page has a full-screen studio hero, a working enquiry form and an FAQ, and there's a custom 404 page. A five-panel page transition, a custom cursor and a header that stays readable on any background tie it together. The contact form sends email through Resend, with spam protection. SEO is built in, it scores 100 in Lighthouse for accessibility, best practices and SEO, and it respects reduced-motion settings. It's fully responsive across phone, tablet and desktop. Projects are typed data, so adding one entry gives it its own page. Built with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS v4, Motion and Lenis. It includes a design-token system, a clear README and a commercial licence.
