A human-in-the-loop approval card where an AI agent asks one multiple-choice question at a time, with radio/checkbox options, a custom answer field, a dot pager, and a confirmation state.

Built with React and Tailwind. Copy the prompt and paste it into Claude Code, Cursor or Lovable: your agent adds Approval Card to your project and fits it to your theme.
